Reachd, Inc. ("Reachd," "we," "us") operates the Reachd marketplace platform at reachd.com. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, store, and share your personal information when you use our platform.

All contractor documents (ID, license, insurance, W-9) are stored encrypted on Amazon Web Services (AWS S3) with AES-256 encryption. Access to these files is restricted to authorized Reachd administrators only. Documents are never shared with homeowners or third parties except as required by law.
All passwords are stored using bcrypt hashing. We cannot retrieve your password — only reset it.
All payment information is processed and stored by Stripe. Reachd does not store credit card numbers, bank account numbers, or other raw financial data.
User data is stored in a secured database with access controls. We use JWT tokens for authentication and enforce role-based access so each user can only access their own data.

You may request a copy of the personal data we hold about you, or request corrections to inaccurate data, by emailing privacy@reachd.com.
You may request deletion of your account and associated data. Note that we may retain certain records as required by law (e.g., W-9 and payment records for tax compliance) and to resolve disputes.
California residents have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, including the right to know what data is collected, the right to opt out of data sales (we don't sell data), and the right to non-discrimination. To exercise these rights, email privacy@reachd.com.
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Contractor documents are retained for the duration of the contractor relationship plus 3 years for legal compliance. Payment records are retained for 7 years as required by IRS regulations.
Reachd is not intended for users under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If we become aware that a minor has created an account, we will delete the account and associated data promptly.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify users of material changes by email and by posting an updated policy on the platform. Your continued use of Reachd after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
